Four ranks of self cleaning Danish Springtines with exceptional trash clearance, followed by clog resistant Rolling Basket Crumblers, prepare a near perfect seedbed and give excellent results with the incorporation of chemicals.
The Danish Springtines penetrate the hrdest ground. As they move alhead, they vibrate in each direction, stirring the soil, practically exploding the soil, uprooting weeds and laying them on top so the sun can dry them up.
The Rolling Basiket Crumbler adds to moisture conservation. It breaks up clumps of soil and throws it into the air. The large pieces fly higher so the fine soil comes down first. The tines makes and ideal firm seedbed without pockets of air. Then the larger piece fall and blanket the finest soil to prevent moisture loss and wid erosion. The baske aerates the top soil, and eliminates the tracks of tires and tines.
The Rolling basket crumble is designed to oscillate front to back and side allowing it so ride over rocks without impairing field operation. Customers choice of wear resistant nyfon bushings with grease fittings, or sealed flange bearings may be installed in the ends of the rolling basket crumblers.
