The Coil Spring Tine Harrow has several unique advantages. It prepares a better seed bed, levels the ground better, does not powder the top soil, and penetrates the ground deeper. Due to this special design the working action of each tooth agitates every inch of the ground and closes the small subsoil air pockets, thus preserving the valuable soil moisture. The Coil Spring Harrow is also excellent for those in-the-row weeds. It cultivates more acres per hour, thus increasing your yields and quality. The teeth are self-cleaning and highly efficient in stony soil. Features may include:

TOOTH BARS
  • Heavy duty 1 5/8” O.D. tubing. Each tooth bar is held firmly in place to assure every tooth working the soil thoroughly.
PULLS LEVEL
  • Tooth bars are farther apart and evenly spaced compared to regular type harrows.
DRAW HOOKS
  • Designed with open ends down, stay hooked and draw evenly for deep soil penetration.
CURVED TOOTH
  • Heavy duty 3/8” x 11” curved tooth available. (CCSL Series); or 3/8” x 10” straight (CSL Series)
EXTRA STRONG FRAME
  • Built of high carbon steel for extra strength and better working action of the teeth. Double reach bars over tooth bars. Cross braces add extra strength – prevent side play and hold tooth bars in alignment.
SAVE TIME AND MUSCLES WITH
  • Six position lever assembly tilts teeth from vertical to angle best suited to soil and crop conditions.
